My brief few months experience at this facility was as positive as it could possibly be due in large part to the lady in charge of day-to-day operations, Joyce McIntosh. In particular, I lost or misplaced my keys on a couple of occasions and she made that experience as seamless as it could possibly be. Another staffer on my last day there assisted me in strapping down something to my car roof carrier giving me a winch strap in the process. I have zero negative experiences to report and I will rent there in a second if I ever need storage again, thank you Joyce and to the gentleman who helped me out!!
